TERMS & LEGAL POLICY

Customers are responsible for confirming that the item ordered is compatible with their vehicle before purchase. Vehicle year, engine size, drivetrain and VIN may all affect transmission compatibility.

Product descriptions and compatibility information are provided to assist customers but should not replace professional VIN or transmission-code verification.

Installation should be completed by a qualified automotive professional. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect fluids, modifications, overheating, misuse or installation into an incompatible vehicle.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, labor charges, towing costs, rental vehicles, storage charges, diagnostic expenses and other incidental costs are not reimbursed.

Used automotive components may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Cosmetic appearance that does not affect normal operation is not considered shipping damage.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the policies applicable to the order at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
